fitbyhails clothing brand/training came about after being injured from powerlifting. I fractured my foot and had some down time to "be still" and allow God to speak to me on my purpose and the next steps in my life. The Holy Spirit gave me the idea to start making word empowerment shirts. Shortly after this idea and finishing physical therapy for my foot, I was ready to begin competing in powerlifting again. The first week back into training I got into a car accident. At this point I knew God was redirecting my focus to show me that not only am i strong physically but I have become so much stronger spiritually and in my faith. I then knew I needed to start this business by exhorting/encouraging others to be strong not only physically but spiritually!
